Cabbages

I just love cabbage a lot. It’s nice to mix this with beef or pork with yam or potatoes. Cook the meat for hours and when it will be tender together with the yam or potatoes that will be the time that cabbage will be added. We call it nilatan in Bisaya. But my husband hates nilatan because for him it looks yucky and taste yucky with eating boiled meat with boiled vegetables when in fact the meat that’s being cooked thoroughly is the most tasteful of all. Anyway, the violet (tapol) cabbage, this is good for some salad.
