My stress relievers before :)

I can remember before when I’m upset or when I have some problems, I’ll just do my cross stitches or make some crochets. That’s one of my stress relievers. Also, when I’d not still feel okay with that, I’d be playing computer games mostly guild wars or command & conquer. But if I’m still tired, I’d play Tetris, collapse, spider solitaire, bejeweled, backgammon, bookworm, etc. If I’d not feel okay, that’s the time for me to sleep. Sleep is the best relief for stress and for a short while I can forget my problems. But I can’t do sleep anytime I want right now since I need to take good care of my baby. Well, I can sleep provided it’s the nap time or sleeping time of my baby. Anyway, so those were my stress relievers before.
