I guess I lose weight today for the reason that I walked almost one hour under the heat of the sun. Well, I love the climate these days but with me carrying that heavy load, oh my, it’s like the world is dumped on me. Gee! Hmm, I’m used of carrying heavy loads way back years ago. But since I’m here for almost four years, I don’t have practice already. Hope I’ll not be having muscle pain tonight or in the coming days. Gee! Whatever!
